The Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis is the national fundraising arm of The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis. Every day the scientists at The Miami Project are finding new insights and discoveries as they uncover the mysteries of how the central nervous system works. The research that they are doing is bringing us closer to the day that they will be able to conduct human clinical trials to find a cure.
Right now, The Miami Project spends more than $45,000 a day on research programs with 86 cents out of every dollar raised going directly towards research. Scientific research is difficult and expensive. Our investigations are particularly demanding: cutting-edge technology is costly; highly trained minds need support.
On behalf of the more than one million spinal cord injured people worldwide, thank you in advance for your support and financial commitment to The Buoniconti Fund.
